Presenter S5 told the board Evergreen Elementary construction is ‘‘moving along extraordinarily well,' noting footings have been poured, formwork is in place and crews are prefabbing walls on-site. S5 said the team has executed three contract amendments so far and plans to present GMP 3, which will encompass the full project budget, at the next board meeting.
