The Boone County Board of Supervisors adopted Resolution 26-33 on Sept. 2 to accept the preliminary plat for Scenic Valley Acreage LLC, located at 1447 285th Lane in Madrid. Planning & Development staff member Mike Salati presented the plat; the minutes state the Planning & Zoning Commission had approved it prior to the board’s action.
