Regional planners present general-plan update to Pleasant View council
Wasatch Regional Council planners briefed the council on a general-plan update, sharing land-use inventories, transportation integrations and a $10,000 financial contribution to support economic-development analysis.

Tim Watkins of the Wasatch Regional Council opened a briefing on the city's general-plan update, describing a data-collection phase and a series of maps that show current land uses, commercial corridors and candidate redevelopment areas. Watkins said the council secured additional financial support for the planning effort: "we offered our kind of new kind services plus an additional $10,000 for our financial development," he said.
