Mike McConnell, joining by Zoom, presented updated quotes for replacement windows at town hall. He said Millwork Masters' bid remained around $8,000 while Pella’s pricing fluctuated; the transcript records an installed cost for three clerk's-office windows at $5,393.56 and a specialty stairwell window at about $4,400. McConnell recommended moving forward with the three clerk's-office windows plus the 0.5-circle stairwell window to capture current pricing and remain within the grant amount.
