The Molalla River School District Board unanimously approved Resolution 2024-2025.006 on Nov. 14, 2024, exempting the district’s middle school replacement project from competitive bidding and authorizing selection via a Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) procurement and a request for proposals process. Mr. Mark Lucht moved for approval and Mr. Neal Lucht seconded; the motion passed by unanimous hand vote.
