The Fraser Board of Trustees voted 6–1 on Jan. 7 to add an early-morning stop to the Emerald Line following a presentation from Winter Park transit staff and several public comments. Trustee Peggy Smith moved to "include an additional early morning stop on the Emerald Line," and the board approved the motion with Trustee Lewis Gregory opposed.
