Parish Administrator Ben Boudreaux told commissioners at the April 8 meeting that the commission is setting term limits for committee board members and has put a new nomination process in place to govern re-appointments and new appointments. Boudreaux said these governance changes are intended to standardize board composition procedures going forward.
