Chowan County approved a five‑year CIP funding schedule, authorized purchase of sheriff radios for $303,266.60 from the Capital Reserve Fund, and approved several smaller capital items including a pedestrian bridge design, Swain window protection (not to exceed $40,000) and a courthouse parking repave for $66,000.
