Council voted unanimously July 7 to approve MRK Investments’ application to split the parcel at 170 W. Glocheski Drive (parcel 51-155-018-15) into a roughly 1-acre parcel and a 3-acre parcel. The City Assessor confirmed the parcel split is legal and allowable, and the Planning Commission recommended approval at its June 4, 2026 meeting.
