Powell County Fiscal Court approved a $6,934.49 contract with Applied Digital Solutions Inc. on March 20, 2026, to upgrade its NiCE Inform Professional recording software from r9 to r11 and to migrate the E911 dispatch server from Windows Server 2016 to Windows Server 2022. The quoted package included MySQL and MS SQL licensing and project management, installation and training.
