Powell County approved a professional-services agreement with Bluegrass Area Development District for the Beech Fork Water Treatment Plant Expansion Phase 2 (WX21197027) and Judge Executive Eddie Barnes was authorized to sign documents as provided under Fiscal Court Resolution 26-001.

At the April 14 meeting, Judge Executive Eddie Barnes and the fiscal court approved a professional-services agreement between Powell County and the Bluegrass Area Development District for the Beech Fork Water Treatment Plant Expansion Phase 2 (WX21197027). The contract is authorized by Fiscal Court Resolution 26-001 and the court unanimously directed Judge Executive Barnes to sign required paperwork.
