Supervisors hear $36M construction estimate for FLCC 'Spring Building' project

County staff presented the first detailed briefing on the proposed "Spring Building," a major capital project on Finger Lakes Community College's Canandaigua campus, saying the design would replace an aging greenhouse, relocate programs now leased in Victor and co‑locate partner agencies such as Cornell Cooperative Extension and the Conservation District.
