At the Lucas County Board of Commissioners meeting on Aug. 11, the county's Emergency Management Agency presented three strategic actions intended to strengthen incident coordination and damage-assessment capabilities. "The 1st 1 is to implement a virtual emergency operation center or, EOC platform," said Abby Buckup, the agency presenter.
