Commissioners approve Reserves of Concord plat in Riley Township
The board approved one plat combining two adjacent 5-acre parcels into a single 10-acre lot (Lots 3 and 4) in the Reserves of Concord subdivision in Riley Township; planning commission had approved the plat and staff recommended acceptance.

Deb Acuff presented a plat for the Reserves of Concord in Riley Township and said the proposal combines two adjacent undeveloped 5-acre parcels into a single 10-acre lot. "They're taking 2 adjacent 5 acre parcels that are undeveloped, combine them into a single 10 acre lot," Acuff said, and staff noted the planning commission approved the proposal the prior week and recommended the board approve it.
