Personnel agenda includes several staffing-pattern and title-by-grade proposals

The agenda lists three staffing-pattern or title-by-grade proposals for committee review: the County Clerk would remove one Motor Vehicle License position and add one Sr. Motor Vehicle License Clerk B (described as a staffing pattern change); the County Administrator would "Remove One (1) Purchasing Coordinator and Add One (1) Purchasing Clerk at Grade 15" (described as a staffing pattern change and add to title-by-grade); and the Personnel office would "Remove One (1) Personnel Clerk & Add One (1) Personnel Assistant."
