Allen County monthly budget update reviews multiple funds and capital requests

At the 1:00 p.m. general session, staff presented a monthly budget update covering the Debt Services Fund, Reserve Fund, Paid Leave Fund, Revolving Loan Fund, Fund 2093, General Drainage Improvement Fund, rent-and-lease accounts, dispatch billing, contingency, transfers and advances, Fund 4022 through 4027, and the Sheriff's Rotary Fund (Fund 1860). Staff also flagged General Fund accounts that are above current-year projections and reviewed interest income assumptions used in the working budget.
