Council adopted Resolution 108‑2026 to increase the not‑to‑exceed amount of the contract with the city engineer (Gilmore and Associates) for LSRP services related to Cavallo Park. Staff said the park itself is essentially complete but the area along the DNR canal adjacent to the park is now subject to additional DEP testing requests; that testing could lead to remediation if DEP limits are exceeded.
