Committee lays back one trust proposal, carries another to November; requests several bill drafts
The committee laid back 27 LSO 0057 (inviolate-status measure) and carried 27 LSO 0058 (Game & Fish/Wyoming Wildlife Legacy Fund) to its November meeting. LSO was directed to draft several additional bills and to circulate related materials; committee also sent a letter on the Seminole project to federal agencies and the congressional delegation.

At the end of its session the Joint & Standing committee summarized actions and next steps. The committee laid back 27 LSO 0057 (the inviolate-status ballot language) for further drafting and carried 27 LSO 0058 (the Game & Fish/Wyoming Wildlife Legacy Fund draft) into the third meeting in November (Cheyenne, Nov. 9-10).
