Chris Burt, a Stearns County public works engineer, asked the board to adopt a resolution requesting the Minnesota Commissioner of Transportation perform a speed study on County Highway 75 in St. Augusta after resident complaints and new commercial accesses in the area. He said state law sets county highway speed limits at 55 mph unless a study supports a different posted limit.
