Chair requests executive session to discuss contract negotiations

The Chair asked the meeting for a recommendation to enter an executive session "so we don't discuss some contract negotiations," and asked whether anything would be voted on afterward. The Chair stated there was nothing to vote on that related to the executive session, and members discussed scheduling and agenda placement for future meetings.
