Deputy City Manager Claire Corey and economic development coordinator Ashish presented a biannual update on the Economic Vitality Plan at the Sept. 8 council meeting, framing the update as implementation reporting rather than an action item. They said the plan, adopted in July 2025, organizes economic work around supporting small business, industry and innovation and creating vibrant districts.
