Meter project lags expectations; generator and cold-water line work on schedule for design and bids

Toby, operations staff, updated the board on the meter and generator projects and related capital work. He said the meter project increased revenues less than initially expected — "we were anticipating the meter project was going to increase revenues by about 10%. It turned out to be only 5%" — and that pending screens and custom parts are delaying final distribution roll-out. Staff forecast being "really close" to finishing the distribution side by the next meeting but noted lead times and custom manufacturing remain limiting factors.
