Councilors debated public-access tradeoffs after several residents said afternoon meeting times preclude working families from attending. A motion to move regular council meetings to a 5:00 p.m. start time was made and seconded; the council then conducted a roll-call and approved the change. "So we got a motion and 2nd to change the meeting times 05:00," the clerk announced as the item was put to a vote.
