Supervisor Donald Tillema opened a public hearing on the Commons at Walnut Ridge request to change MFR to MFR PUD. Paramount Development Corp. representative Kelly Kuiper told the board "the applicant is open to the Board making it a condition that the front terrace homes mimic the homes in the current Walnut Ridge development" and asked that the item be tabled so the applicant could answer questions.
