Mayor Kevin Morrison read several proclamations and presented them to local representatives during the July 21 meeting. The proclamations named July 21–26, 2025, as Greene County Fair Week to mark the fair’s 75th anniversary and recognized the 75th anniversaries of the Greeneville Emergency & Rescue Squad and the Clyde Austin 4‑H Center. "Do hereby proclaim July 21 - 26, 2025, as Greene County Fair Week 75th Anniversary Celebration," Mayor Morrison read while presenting the proclamation to Fair Board member Roger Woolsey.
