Parent describes scheduling errors after Skyward outage; district offers fixes
A parent told the board her child's schedule and many others were wrong after a statewide Skyward outage delayed schedules; she asked for afternoon or remote help hours so working parents can fix problems.

A parent who identified herself as Crystal Nikulinowski said schedules that came out last week contained many errors and described difficulty reaching school staff by phone. "My daughter, along with many other I've heard, schedules are completely wrong," the parent said, and asked the district to offer afternoon or remote hours for working parents to resolve issues.
