Board hears operations update after two water samples prompt fixture changes

District operations staff (identified in the meeting as Ryan) told the board that two of the district's water samples came back showing issues tied to fixtures, not water flow, and that the district will remove or replace the affected fixtures and post warning signage where needed. Ryan said one sample came from a rarely used water fountain and the other from a faucet used for handwashing; janitor closets and cafeteria fixtures will also receive signage or fixture changes.
