Kelly Kuiper presented the Commons at Walnut Ridge, a proposed multi‑family residential PUD intended to bridge the Walnut Ridge development and newly approved commercial frontage. Kuiper described a price point for the product "between $375,000 and $500,000" and said the plan shows an overall density of about 7.7 units per acre for the standalone project; she contrasted that with roughly 3.65 units per acre if combined with the existing Walnut Ridge project.
