Council requires site-plan elements and trails be bound into development agreement

Council asked that trails, pathways, bicycle access and internal community circulation shown in the applicant's site plan be explicitly incorporated into the development agreement so future owners must deliver the amenities.

Several council members emphasized preserving the trail systems, pedestrian connections and micro-transit links presented in the applicant's site plan. Roger Armstrong asked how the council could ensure those elements survive a future sale or change in developers and suggested stronger language in the conditions and the development agreement.
