District administrators presented a revised crisis-response plan that the board adopted after a short discussion. Key additions include a quick-reference roll-and-responsibilities checklist for emergency drill roles, an illicit/nonconsensual digital-images protocol added after recent incidents, a transportation-accident protocol developed with law enforcement input, and a separation of administrative-hold procedures from lockdown protocols to reduce confusion in implementation.
