Council moved and voted to enter closed session pursuant to Section 610.021, Subdivision 1 of the Revised Statutes of Missouri for the purpose of discussing legal actions, causes of action or litigation involving the county and confidential communications between the county and its attorneys. The motion to enter closed session carried 6–0.
