A procedural correction prompted the Planning Board to recast votes on two previously considered resolutions. The board clerk said she had "looked at the wrong prior date" and that one member, Indi Banga, had not been present for the earlier vote; because Banga had seconded the Mueller motion and abstained on the Viscofan vote, the clerk asked the board to recast those matters.
