Consultants presented a reorganized use article that groups principal, accessory and temporary uses and eliminates conditional uses in favor of clearer permitted/limited/per‑development categories. "We've consolidated and modernized the list of uses," Nicole Campbell said, describing how older, highly specific categories would be grouped under broader retail, restaurant and personal‑service headings.
