Technology director: FMX ticketing, tighter software permissions and guidance on AI use
The district will move help-desk and maintenance requests to FMX, restrict staff software-install rights on district devices, continue cybersecurity training and provide guidance on responsible AI use.

Kurt Schlabaugham, the district technology director, said the district is transitioning ticketing from FSTicket to FMX and will use Clever and Google Classroom for rostering and single sign-on. He described FMX as providing a simpler ticketing experience and said staff should submit technology and maintenance requests there going forward.
