The chair noted a resignation from the Carroll County Library Advisory Board and nominated "Mrs. Karen" to fill the vacancy. "Because of her resignation, and as mentioned in the committee's meeting, I would like to nominate for your consideration, missus Karen," the chair said during the appointment discussion.
