Zoning administrator: few projects before commission this year; ADU conversations rising
Hartford's zoning administrator told the commission that year-to-date permit activity requiring commission review is unusually low; staff will provide a five-year permit breakdown and counts of accessory dwelling units at a future meeting.

The zoning administrator reported on Aug. 10 that the commission has seen far fewer items this calendar year than in prior years, though administrative permits remain active. "It's been really, been really quiet with things coming before you," the administrator said while offering to provide a spreadsheet and five years of permit data at the next meeting.
