Robert and Cynthia O'Connor appeared before the council to request an extension on a minor subdivision that would split roughly one acre into two smaller lots. The applicants told the council bank delays and lack of timely responses left them unable to meet the original deadline; they said the mylar requires a county signature and that they expected the remaining steps to be completed within about a month once the bank responded.
