Board adopts EdTech acceptable-use policy (IIBEA) with small revisions
After reviewing minor edits and stakeholder input, the board voted to adopt policy IIBEA (the division's acceptable-use/EdTech policy). The revisions include reordering a paragraph, a cross-reference to the wellness policy, and follow-up regulatory work and implementation checkpoints.

Mister Cuomo presented the revised EdTech policy and described the edits made since the prior meeting: moving a bottom paragraph to the top, adding a reference to the wellness policy, and defining the policy under IIBEA as the division’s acceptable-use policy. “We define this policy under the IIBEA, which is acceptable use policy,” he said.
