A library representative explained the Utah State Library Division awarded a Library Enhancement Fund (CLEF) grant of $10,703 to the Uintah County Library for the contract period 07/01/2026–06/30/2027. The applicant asked the commission to ratify the grant because of a short state turnaround; legal had reviewed and the clerk-auditor had already signed the document prior to ratification.
