The meeting moderator moved to convene a closed session "for attorney client privileged, information pursuant to MCL 15 2 6 8 1 e." A council member said, "So move," and another member said, "Support." The clerk then conducted a roll-call vote; Council member Baker, Council member Shadlik, Council member Curley, Mayor Kleinfeld and Council member Scott were each recorded "Yes." The moderator stated the council would go into closed session at 06:01.
