The CRA board adopted Resolution 04-2026CRA to approve a Street Tree Infill Program master plan that identifies roughly 3,163 planting opportunities within the CRA and outlines a phased, multi-year implementation with initial planning and implementation budget estimates; the board added queen crepe myrtle and sea grape to the plant palette.
