The Mableton City Council on Sept. 9 authorized the mayor and designated staff to execute and negotiate a software services agreement and statement of work with SAGES (SageGov) for community development, permitting, business licensing, planning and code enforcement. Council voted by voice to grant execution authority after staff and the city attorney described contract modifications they had made and answered technical questions about hosting, data ownership and support.
