The Roberts City Council voted Aug. 11 to issue a Request for Proposals for engineering services to support planning and zoning work and water and sewer projects. Mayor Berlin explained the scope as assistance with planning and zoning issues as well as water and sewer, and he asked for a motion to advertise the RFP.
