Facilities staff Brian told the court that the retractable screen in Liberty Hall has a broken motor and is stuck down; he proposed replacing the motor and the screen under proposal #52607 and quote #408625. "This the in Liberty Hall, this screen is the motor's broken and it's stuck down. So we need to replace the motor, and we're gonna go ahead and replace the screen," Brian said, describing the immediate need and an estimated cost of about $3,700.
