At the end of the scheduled time, the Chair asked for a motion to adjourn the work session. The motion was moved and seconded; the Chair announced, "motion by Supervisor Capel, second by Supervisor Van Hoven." A voice vote was called and a supervisor responded 'Aye.' The Chair then declared the work session adjourned and the meeting record stopped before the county's broadband authority meeting.
