Commission recommends SUP for Ratliff RV repair with 100-foot parking setback
After staff recommended conditional approval, the planning commission voted 5-0 to recommend a special-use permit for Ratliff RV repair, adding a condition that RVs awaiting service not be parked within 100 feet of any property line and limiting stored/inoperable vehicles to five.
