The Planning Commission reviewed proposed changes to the traffic-impact study requirement and heard from Solicitor F. Andrew Wolfe that the updated language would grant the Board of Supervisors discretion to set the scope of required studies. The commission voted unanimously to forward the language to the Board for final action.
