Tippecanoe County Commissioners approved Ordinance 2026-18-CM to rezone about 75 acres from agricultural (A) to R1B for a proposed 240-lot single-family subdivision. County planning staff recommended approval after confirming the Wabash Township plan supports the change in land use.
