Dallas County approved Change Order COR‑016 for the Existing Courthouse Renovations, adding $216,241 for foundation and exterior waterproofing work proposed by Turner Construction Company. The change order, included as Proposal Request PR‑15, was documented by the project architect (Farnsworth Group) and signed by Julia Helm as Chair and Turner’s representatives on March 17, 2026.
