The board approved an errors-and-omissions request from the listers to correct a duplicate tax bill created during this year's reappraisal. Laurie explained the assessor's office combined contiguous parcels for state payment purposes but one account remained active, causing a property owner, identified as a dentist office near Raceway Road, to receive two bills for the same property.
